I feel that I have a very creative teaching style. I believe that every child learns differently! Once getting to know a student, I can come up with lesson plans that are specifically for them. I am currently an Indiana University elementary education major! I love working with students and I have been working with all ages ever since I was 11 years old. I started babysitting at 11, and have been working with kids ever since. I was a nanny for three summers, and I have worked at Build-a-Bear workshop. I began college as an engineering major, so I have background in advanced mathematics and physics. I went on to change my major to psychology where I gained knowlege of social and behavioral sciences, as well as research technologies and statistical analysis. Since graduating college with a B.A. in psychology, I have worked as a psychology researcher, accounting assistant, and in 3 different roles for an international pharmaceutical company. The most important thing to me is making sure each child is able to learn in a manner in which they feel comfortable. Each person's learning style is as unique as the individual themselves. I don't believe that there are children who can't reach their fullest potential as long as there is a teacher who is willing to put in the extra measures that are necessary. I worked as a synthetic organic chemist at Eli Lilly pharmaceutical company for five years.
