I believe that every child has a different manner of obtaining and learning information and it is the instructor's duty to identify each student's learning style and to teach accordingly. Think of a key ring with all sorts of different keys on the ring. As a teacher you must try one key on the key chain at a time. Sometimes the first key will open the door to a child's success and other times it could be the fifth or seventh key. Teacher's need to be patient and work with their student's to best identify their learning styles and needs.

I have been a school teacher for the past eight years. In the past five years I have taught English as a second language to small groups both in the U.S. and abroad. I have taught private Spanish lessons to adults here in North Carolina and I have taught a basic English class and a GED course at Cape Fear Community College and Brunswick Community College in the last few summers.
