I like to make my classes fun and game like. I use different methods for remembering such as how to apply photographic memory as well as music and lyrics. I also like the use or repetition in order to memorize. I like to give weekly tests on the subjects studied and implementing the reward system. You do well on the test, you get a reward. I very much enjoyed my experience as a teaching assistant. Also, my clinical experience as a student physical therapist has allowed me to see that all people have different teaching styles, and the teacher has to recognize that and adapt accordingly. I make a consistent effort to do this with my patients, to use whatever it takes so they can understand such as demonstration, verbal, or allowing them to just do it.
Currently, I am in my final year of obtaining my doctorate degree in physical therapy. As an undergraduate student, I served as a teaching assistant to the freshmen biology labs which involved me grading lab reports, setting up exams, and primarily teaching the students what they did not understand from lecture.
