A Little Bit About Me...

I primarily teach through activities and ideas suited to meet each individual's need. Through the interpersonal contact and motivation I provide, I feel that I help the student to desire to improve their knowledge and perform better. Depending on the student, I can be an enthusiastic or a calm teacher. By taking courses such as child psychology, I am able to understand which teaching methods and interaction styles work best for each person. I think the best method of teaching is doing practice problems and hands-on work as well as addressing problems expressed by each student.
I am a recent graduate from the University of Wisconsin, Madison with a degree in Nutritional Sciences. This degree required excellent science and math skills to complete.
