Earning my teacher's certification through Utah State University Special Education Program taught through USU at granite school district in slc I have worked in special ed at Backman Elementary and Riley Elementary both in the slc school districts I have loved this exxperience and have worked with wonderful teachers and an excellent USU program. A Little Bit About Me...

I love teaching kids. All kids can are different in the way they learn. you need to be able to recognize those kids who are auditory learners, and hands on learners and be able to make a good balance of both so both kids may benefit. I like to set goals for each tutor session weather it be something like learning the alphabet or knowing you first ten multiplication facts. You then need to set one long term goal for that child to reach. this way each day they feel as if they have succeeded and learned something. I hope i can be an educator who can make just a little difference in children's lives.

The bachelor degree that I earned in Business Management required a substantial academic effort on my part. The fact it was difficult helps me to project myself into the various viewpoints of my students so that I can impart to them a clearer understanding of the targeted subjects.
