Why would you ever let learning be boring?

Tutored my way through high school, college, and have spent the years after graduation part-time tutoring high school students to get into whichever schools they set their sights on. I believe that a child cannot fully come to comprehend subject matter without having a chance to be immersed in it first. This philosophy lends to the hands-on, question-oriented form of teaching that I so firmly stand by.
