I have a BA in History and am pursuing a teaching credential in elementary education. I work as a instructional aide to an autistic boy in a mainstream first grade classroom. My innovative approach to tutoring is using the Sokratic Method while transcribing the results of the process. All questioning and answering derived from this method is meticulously and clearly documented on paper and in audio (later burned to a CD) for the pupil to refer back to as study material.
