In terms of my work experience I have done Response to Intervention (RtI) in which I would plan, implement and analyze reading and writing interventions as a means to get those struggling students at grade level or beyond. Taught Grades 3-6 over a 35 year career successfuly with great feedback from students, parents, and administration. Love teaching all subject areas at the elementary school level.
