Sign Language is one of my top subjects! I am proficient in ASL, I have been an interpreter for almost 20 years as well as being a coda(child of deaf adults)

I have signed since birth being born to deaf parents. I have Interpreted for approximately 20 years in the school system at the junior high school and high school levels. I have hearing impaired family and friends & am immersed in the deaf culture which helps keep my signing vocabulary current. I have also taught adult sign language classes, teaching kids and adults the basic fundamentals if signing ASL.

During my journey to complete my B.S. of Biology at The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey I was inspired to help others educate themselves. I informally tutored my peers in biology and writing courses. I was recommended to become a writing tutor at this institution but was graduating too early to complete the required qualifying courses. I edited a plethora of biology lab reports as well as research papers for various majors.
