I ask a lot of questions to get the students thinking. I believe in teaching young people and the adults I have worked with to think critically fist. Then I work with them on being able to articulate and write their ideas down...subject matter follows naturally if they have the confidence and can just think for themselves not just spit back facts and what others want to hear. I would travel and relocate for a job.
I have worn many hats and done many things that all apply to the classroom and teaching young people. I believe that education is the key to life and living. But a person has to believe they can do it first and I believe everyone can learn and should be given the opportunity

My most recent job was as a nursery caregiver at a church, where I was also a teaching assistant for Bible study. I enjoyed working with the children and trying to understand their unique learning styles. While tutoring classmates in physiology, I found it important to repeat topics, but change the context so that the student is not bored and also understands versus memorizes the material. The attributes I bring to tutoring are encouragement, focus, a positive attitude, and honesty. My enthusiasm for the material excited my fellow classmates.
