My comments on tutoring Sign Language : I have taken 4 years of and American Sign Language class.

I have taken and passed 4 years of an American Sign Language class throughout high school. I have visited Gallaudet: the Deaf Liberal Arts College in Washington D.C. and have had conversations with students and faculty there. I am currently studying voice at Stephen F. Austin State University and have been singing my whole life.

My whole life I have had a love of education. I look forward to sharing this love with students and teaching them that learning need not be something to be feared. I am a very adaptable teacher who can easily modify my teaching to work for a variety of learners. My style uses a constructivist approach in which all students are viewed as unique individuals and are expected to take an active role in their education.
