A Little Bit About Me...
My teaching philosophy is one of guiding or facilitating learners in the learning process. Each learner has different motivations, skills, and abilities. Learning is about the process. I provide learners with multiple approaches to finding resources, making statements or arguments, and creating a cohesive line of thinking. By doing this, the learner is able to carry these skills across other courses, but also into their personal life and experience. Connecting the content to the individual’s live and experience is important. I enjoy helping learners find out how they learn best, developing these skills, and enabling them to be successful in their future learning endeavors.
