I think I can provide exceptional one on one tutoring for a student of any age. My knowledge has been spread out throughout my college years and this would be a great first step into teaching. I enjoy teaching greatly. I recognize many students have difficulties with mathematics and I try to relate to them and help them. Math was not always my strong point; I had to work hard to do well in my math classes. I struggled in high school but have now attained a degree in mathematics and have become a teacher. I believe that learning occurs through doing, particularly when it comes to writing. Students become better writers by putting pen to paper (or fingers to keyboard). I learned quickly that you need to understand the problem in order to solve problems that aren't set up for you.
