Computer Programming is one of my top subjects! Recipient of a bachelors degree in Computer Science for Georgia Regents University. Can tutor in basic programming concepts and I am proficient in front-end development (html, css, javascript, angular.js, jquery, bootstrap), and object oriented programming languages (.net, java).

The teaching style I use is completely dependent on the particular student being taught. My objective is to teach an individual not only the material, but how they best learn so that they can teach themselves. I enjoy using applicable references that are relevant so that the concepts would be more easily grasped. I believe a personalized approach works best. I have earned a double major in Computer Science and Mathematics from Georgia Regents University. During my tenure at GRU, I have tutored students in Basic Math, College Algebra, Calculus, Programming Concepts, Physics, and Differential Equations.

A Little Bit About Me...

My tutoring style is somewhat laid-back with serious undertones. I feel the best way to learn is to not have information force fed, but to allow the individual to glean knowledge and come to an understanding of the subject gradually. While I am serious about learning and education, I also consider my sense of humor my strongest personality trait. I believe being able to interject humor into learning is often times crucial to the learning experience, as long as it comes second to actual learning.

A Little Bit About Me...

I attended the college of The Virgin Islands (presently University of the USVI) and graduated with a Bsc in Biology in 1986. While in college I became captivated with computers and programming. Since I already had a keen interest in electronics, I pursue job opportunities that were computer related after I graduated. As a result all my jobs were of a technical nature. My love for the Sciences has never diminished and I have kept up with Math and Science subjects to stay in tune. As a matter of fact I pass my GACE Biology I and II exams in 2007 even though I was fixing ATM for a living. If ask to, I am sure I can teach Algebra and trigonometry. A Little Bit About Me...

I graduated Cum Laude with a BS in Mathematics and a minor in Computer Science TEchnology. I taught school for 5 years. Although i had my own classroom i was never certified since i didn't want to go back to school to take education clases.I have tutored students on all levels of mathematics since i have been in the 5th grade, from elementary on up to collegiate. I continute to do that now on my own time upon request.
I love being around and teaching kids. I am constantly around kids now. I am a single parent of a 10 year old dughter, and i am very into her school.
