My teaching style depends on the student and subject I'm dealing with. For the non-reading adults I started by teaching them letter recognition and basic sounds; moved on to simple words; then sentances. During my college class I would review the evening's lesson and goals, then have the students perform the exercise in the textbooks. During the practical exercise I made myself available to all the students and gave one-on-one instruction to those that needed it.
I taught all subjects for adult learners preparing for the GED tests through Region IX Education Services Center's Adult Education program for 4 years in the evenings. I also taught English as a Second Language to adults. I am an Adult reading tutor for adults who could not read. A Little Bit About Me...

I worked as Teaching assistant, Grader and University online teaching program website maintenance, through which teaching material/instructions were passed on to students apart from grades, homework submissions,team and individual progress monitor. Subjects which I tutored were Algebra, Calculus, Trignometry, physics, engineering mechanics, engineering math packages(like math lab, mathcad), engineering drawings(Pro/E), Autocad.
My style of teaching is interactive one, where I interactive with students and try to know their way of learning, as every student has different needs, requirements, and then try to teach them according their style. I give emphasis on building basics and strengthening them in their core subjects, which will help them to excel their respective fields.

After I graduated as a Business Administration, I certified in Early Childhood – 4th Grade in Bilingual Education, here in Texas. I have been working in Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 5th and 6th Grade as a Bilingual Teacher, also, teaching ESL in High School and 1st Semester in University.
