I have a background in study skills and educating others, as well as excellent communication skills and a lot of patience. I have done four years of math and chemistry (respectively) during high school, including elementary calculus and quantum mechanics. I have also done three years of Spanish with and without "Rosetta Stone" (total of one year with "Rosetta Stone"). I have also done quite a bit of work with young children.

I have been working as a tutor at the college level throughout my college experience. I worked both for the local community college and for my self as a private tutor. I earned two bachelor degrees, a BS in chemistry with an emphasis in physical chemistry, and a BS in math with an emphasis in applied mathematics. A Little Bit About Me...

I have had a variety of experiences as a teacher. I, at first, worked as a substitute for about 3 years. Then I worked as a 3rd-grade teacher in a private school for one year. Because of enrollment that position was cut. I went back to subbing for a time. From 2004-2009 I have worked for the Dallas School District as a personal tutor. I primarily worked with middle school-high school students. I tutored them both at home and at a computer lab on an internet program. That position was cut because of budget cuts. I am able to tutor in all basic subjects.
