I am a dedicated professional who is passionate about helping students achieve academic success. This past year, I spent time as an SES Lead Tutor after school and in-home and tutored (Reading - phonics based - and Math) many children in grades K through 7th that held IEPs. For example a PERCENTAGE PROBLEM Is usually solved using this formula: % / 100 = Part / Whole. You can plug- in the values and solve for the missing "x". My comments on tutoring Typing Skills : With over 50 years of experience I am able to expertly teach/tutor all keyboarding skills for better "typing" skills.

I believe in tutoring so that the child receives feedback and fully understands his/her own limitations and how to overcome obstacles in class. Many children lack positivity in the methodology! I also believe that using art instruction helps children to learn in a more creative manner.
