When it comes to just learning English period I am very cultural and I take advantage of the auxiliary sense and make you put it to good use. However I provided assistance to the teachers and mentored the children that had potential, but didn't have the extra push in life to motivate them to be more. I tutor based on the individual's learning needs. I have encountered some that were visual learners ad everything had to be drawn/written out.
