I am a Chinese immersion teacher in a Minnesota public school. I was born in Beijing where I got my bachelor degree and then I got my master degree in elementary education from state university of New York. I enjoy teaching Chinese at different ages. My comments on tutoring Chinese : Native Mandarin & Cantonese speaker that can tutor in either language in speaking, listening, reading or writing.

I am quite flexible to the teaching style that you prefer. My belief is that conversational speaking and listening may be emphasized over a textbook style of learning. However, your learning skills and style may allow for other types of teaching that I would be open to.
Native Mandarin and Cantonese speaker. Fluent to both languages in all aspects of language learning. I am not certified but am a good teacher and very patient. Although my English is not fluent yet, it is passable and can be understood and is improving always. I have previously tutored and am currently tutoring now. I feel my English continues to improve and may help your Chinese learning.
