Currently, I am a student attending the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. At UT, I am majoring in Microbiology and maintaining a 3.18 GPA. During my education, I have had great opportunities to study the sciences and mathematics; however, history and philosophy are fun to study as well. Makes science and math easy to understand

I'm a visual learner, but I incorporate several different teaching styles to make course material meaningful to the students I tutor.
I've been tutoring at a college level for over two and a half years. I aim to take the more complex material and make it super easy to comprehend. My teaching style can be called old-fashioned: the best results come from patient, focused, disciplined time on task. To learn math one must work a variety of problems, and practice them diligently. My strength as a tutor is my ability to explain the algorithms in a way that students can easily grasp.
