My comments on tutoring Drama : Performed in stage plays and written performance pieces.

I prefer to demonstrate how to understand content. My tactics are deemed personal modeler as a teaching style. I deliver the content through demonstrating it. I act more as a guide or coach and show students how to do the tasks. Student participation as an important part of my lesson plans. Demonstrators often incorporate different learning styles into lessons.
I majored in English Literature and Humanities in college before changing majors to Paralegal Studies and minoring in English Literature. Performed duties as an Editorial Assistant in Humanities and in high school annual poetry and creative writing review. Also during my enrollment in a DOD high school my concentration was in Language Arts and Creative Writing. Currently write and perform poetry pieces and sell written songs.

Following my graduation from USM, I had many experiences teaching a variety of children from many cultures. Having taught in a DODDS school in Karlsruhe, Germany I was exposed to the German way of teaching. My first year of teaching was in an inner city school thar offered many challengs. I believe my experience teaching children from diverse backgrounds prepared me to handle any situation in the teaching environment.

I have been working with young children since 2005. I started as a pre-school teacher with ages 3-5. For the past five years I have worked as an elementary school Teacher's Assistant. It was there when I got the most of my experience in classroom management and actually how to teach all children with different learning styles. I worked with grades second, pre-K, fifth, and first. I just recently graduated from Jackson State Unversity and I am currently teaching for HCHRA-Project Head Start. My classroom consists of 3, 4, and 5 year olds. I love working with elementary level aged children because it allows me the chance to help perpare them for the cahllenges ahead.

My motto is simple: In all of your getting, get an understanding. I truly belive that every child can learn. Even a child with a disadvantage still comes with an advantage because they are always getting some help. It also depends on the child also. We must both be focused on the task at hand and together we must tackle it until it is thoroughly understood.
For the last past six years I have enjoyed my students. They never cease to amaze me with all the many things that they can grasp when you try. I was an assistant in JPS. Tutoring was my job. I have also tutored other grades up to fifth. I really enjoy kids and I always wish the best for them. I have also had to be the actual teacher for the remainder of the school year and did grades and end of the school year things due to the teachers' emergency leave.
