Learning is a lifelong process!

My very first year of teaching was at the Lehigh Valley Performing Arts High School, and I also taught for two years at Northern Lehigh High School. Currently, I am resigned and staying home, but looking to work part time. I have experience teaching grades 7-12 and working with all types of students. The classes I've taught range from Honors English to a class which targeted students struggling to gain proficiency in English related PSSA skills.

A Little Bit About Me...

While I enjoy business, working with children is my passion, hence why I am pursuing my teaching certification. I believe the best way to teach students any skill is to let them have hands on experience with it. As an example, in order to learn business skills, students need to practice the skills and understand their relevance in the real world.
I have a strong business background, with an MBA, CPA, and CIA. However, as a student at Susquehanna University, I also volunteered at least 2 days a week at a local preschool where I helped teach the students. In addition, I worked at a local elementary after-school program 2 days a week. I am currently pursuing my teaching certification through Drexel University.

As a Graduate of The University of Pennsylvania,I was driven to achieve a high level of excellence in education. Later, I attended PAFA as Graduate School, which is one of the finest art schools in the country. As a professional Artist, I gained business experience,while teaching at a variety of art centers and Cabrini College. I have published my work with Brilliant Studios Inc.and sold my art throughout the world. In addition to any art related subject, I can teach writing, or English Literature and other academic classes.
