A Little Bit About Me...

Math to me is like a puzzle... if you can imagine the pieces in your mind, fitting them together in practice is so much easier. I am extremely patient and easy going, even in coaching, most kids gravitated to me because I could speak to them on their level. You have to explain it in a way that kids can understand. I have lived in South Jersey all of my life. I received my degree in Accounting from Stockton and have spent most of my career in finance working my way up to Controller for several businesses. I have found that any student can learn. The key to a student's success is that education must be approached in the correct manner for that individual student. Not all students learn in the same fashion, and that must be considered in planning and implementing lessons. I believe that education needs to be approached in a fun way that coincides with the student's individual interests and learning styles.
