I was an elementary education major for 2.5 years before following my specific passion to writing and literature in my Junior year to finish up school. It is up to each teacher to find that special way each student learns. Some students are visual learnes and others are auditory learnes. Then you have the students who have to put their hands on everything and in everything to learn. Praise is also key to production. All things must be praised and ackowledge in the learning process.
