I have raised and tutored two children and two grand children. In the early seventies I was a tutor for a Canadian third grader through Operation Share at Mesa Community College San Diego Ca where I was studying elementary education. From 1985 through 1987 I worked at a domestic violence shelter often working with the children of abused women to help them stay current in school. Most were elementary school age.
