I am kind of new to teaching. I have taught my little brother everything he knows, and I've been told I have a really good way of teaching. Younger students catch on very quickly to what it is I am teaching. If they don't catch on quick, then no problem. I'm very patient and never give up until a student understands the concept. I am very easy to get along with, so the student will have no problems with me. I am an empathetic listener with a penchant for learning. A successful tutor needs to be an effective listener, one who is capable of figuring out the solution from the student's perspective, using terms and words that the student can relate to, making deceptively difficult concepts not so difficult to understand.
