My comments on tutoring German : I have two years' experience with German. I took German while at University and I can easily guide someone through the basics of German Conversation and Grammar.

During my high school and university careers, I have focused primarily on languages and language acquisition. I have studied 12 different languages and I have obtained varying degrees of proficiency in each of them: Latin, Romanian, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, German, Danish, Swedish, Greek, Scottish Gaelic, and Welsh. I am most proficient in Russian and Latin, with conversational proficiency in Danish, French, and Spanish. In all others, I have basic/intermediate proficiency skills. I also focused on history and historical circumspection. I minored in History while at University, taking many various history courses. I have a solid foundation in Russian History, American History, and European History, particularly in English, Scottish, and French History.

I have over seven years of experience in the German language, including a stint of living in Germany for 4 months. I also completed a German Studies minor from NC State. I am a laid-back, but persistent teacher who has an arsenal of techniques (which I learned from some of the best German teachers).
