Over the past three years, I have tutored several students in mathematics, biology, and biochemistry at the Academic Support Unit of the Multicultural Life Center at the University of Tennessee Knoxville. I guided their development of individual note-taking strategies, study habits, and problem solving skills. "With Science All Things are Possible"

I have developed a visual but also mathematic style of teaching chemistry which relates every mathematic relationship involved in chemistry to a visual response or reaction. I've stressed practical thought, rational development, and scientific reasoning to ensure it becomes a second nature. I think it's Important to pace your studies and maintain a consistent schedule to avoid overworking. May require some work outside of tutoring classes but never exceeding 20/30 minutes of work. I have visual models and notes from classes that will assist in explaining a lot of the concepts you will experience in any chemistry class.
