I would make it very simple like the way I learned in past. I would tell the words first then finger spelling then show how to sign the words slowly.
I'm Mason, I was born as completely deaf but I got an cochlear implants when I was 4. I learned English first then sign language as my second language. I'm good at helping people to learn sign language but just let you know that I learned English Sign Language but right now I'm ;earning ASL in college, ASL is my minor. ASL is so much easier for me cause ASL is almost similar to ESL but different grammar and also some different signs. I also want to become an ASL professor in future. A Little Bit About Me...

I feel that I can always learn something new everyday. I always wanted to teach but didn’t originally go that route. I have a BA in Speech Communications. I then went on to take some Sign language classes, but never felt complete. After about 5 years, I decided to follow my heart and go back to school and get a Teacher of the Handicapped Certification.
