With over 17 years of teaching experience, I realize the impact that one on one tutoring can have on a student. My classroom experience includes secondary math and English, and my tutoring experience includes basic math, pre-algebra, algebra, geometry, algebra 2 with trigonometry, SAT prep, CAHSEE prep, GRE prep, middle and high school English. Currently employed with Bear Valley Unified as an Independent Study Teacher, I am certified to teach all high school subjects. As a graduate in the field of Education, I have found my true passion in helping students reach their goals and achieve success. I have been working with children in different capacities from the preschool environment to the K-12 level, including working with students with developmental disabilities. Last school year I worked tutoring students who produced low test scores in order to help them raise their achievement test scores.
