I graduated in August 1996 with a BBA in Finanace but then decided that I wanted to pursue Accounting so I went back to school to obtain my second BBA. I've worked as the VP of Internal Audit and Credit for a Federal Savings Bank, the Director of Finance for a National Bank, a Senior Financial Analyst, and the CFO/Controller for a smaller company. I am well versed in any financial or accounting matter than you may need help with.
I believe in using humor and matter of fact conversation style is the best way to teach. If you get someone interested in what you have to say then they will usually want to learn it and retain it almost effortlessly. That is the method I have used to train all of subordinates over the years and it has always worked out. Relate the lesson to something the student cares about.

It also takes a great deal of patience to teach someone something and a forgiving nature. I excel at both of those.
