A Little Bit About Me...

My approach to "teaching" is very personal; education is not a "one size fits all" project but comes from many sources--books, talking, hands on experience and much more. If someone wants to learn, I believe they can and dance with them when they find their "Eureka" moments. I believe in praising all efforts while gently correcting errors.
Broad experience in accounting from small business (where I wore all hats including HR to TB reconciliation) to finding my place in a huge corporation; have trained my replacements (even those who had no prior knowledge of debits and credits or what a BS or IS means) which I have always done successfully. I have technically never "taught" but have trained many.
