***I am not a native speaker*** I worked from 2002-2011 as an Arabic linguist for the DOD and other governmental agencies. I was trained in MSA at the Defense language Institute in Monterey CA where I graduated with honors. I was then trained in both the Levant and Iraqi dialects. I was a teaching assistant and tutor at The Ohio state university from 2011-2014 I'm a visual learner, so my teaching style is the same, but I can adapt. I'm a big fan of the "See One, Do One, Teach One" approach. So in group settings I will teach a concept, give a quiz on the concept, and then have the students teach the concept back to the group. After graduating High School early (Jan 2001) I did two semester at the University of Akron majoring in Political Science. After the events of 9/11 I enlisted in the US Navy (Jan 2002).
