I remember many of my high school colleagues asked me to teach the class because of unique talent in teaching I had. I believe students have problems in learning because they get information in wrong orders or they cannot arrange them in correct order. Teachers should organize and deliver information in suitable ways, so students can recall them easily. The one thing that I observed about the learning process, is that a person quickly grasps a concept if he/she is interested, or the topic is thoughtful and challenges the wit of a person and lastly, a person is very comfortable in learning through his/her friends. Nobody is stupid not to grasp a concept. It is the methodology, technique and feeling of comfort and interest, that is required. Hence I try to be affable and was more involved. A picturization or a real life example is more likely to fit in a person's mind. I used this technique and was very successful.
