I have experience teaching and assisting children in Elementary School. I also have a BS degree in Biology and would love to tutor. I had a 3.0 GPA Undergraduate. I have worked in laboratories for the preious four years using my Biology degree in the Biomedical Field. I also worked as a Sitter in a hospital for a short time where I cared for disabled patients. Elementary Tutor

My comments on tutoring Science : I hold a Ph.D. In Biomedical Science with a focus on molecular virology and molecular biochemistry..

I believe that stimulating conversation and allowing people to arrive at answers on their own and through experience is the best way to form lasting connections.
I took a variety of Biology classes and Labs at WPI mostly focused on Cell Biology and Molecular Genetics. I recently finished my PH.D. where I studied control of viral gene expression. This work encompassed a variety of biological disciplines including virology, cell biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, and molecular genetics, all of which I am quite experienced in. To understand science all you have to do is look around you and ask questions. Science is a hands on subject, when you can touch something, feel it, watch it shine it will stick in your memory.
