I have no formal experience. I am employed by a church to provide child care during the service. The experience I have is with my own children and my extensive tour of the community college system. I have worked with different types of students over the years. At San Francisco State University, my lectures were geared toward incoming freshman and International students. It was my work with international students in a tutorial setting that allowed for the growth of my skills as an ESL instructor. From this experience, I have incorporated patience and the ability to break concepts down for those with language barriers.
