I believe that the onus is on the teacher to help the student find the best way he or she can learn a subject, as well as to read the signs that a student is getting frustrated. I am well trained at assessing the strengths and weaknesses of a person's learning abilities and using that information to teach new material. I have been either a student or a teacher for most of my life. I have experience in a wide variety of settings with a wide variety of students. I started my teaching career in the primary grades, teaching first and second graders. I have experience working with adult students in a correctional setting and at the college level.
