I actually don't have much experience as a tutor beyond helping classmates study, however throughout my experience in high school I've experimented with and adopted many avant-garde and unorthodox studying techniques and thought processes that have served gratuitously to my benefit, and I'm positive will serve yours as well.

I have always been involved in the teaching industry. Weather that is after school care or tutoring and mentoring. I was an Americorps Volunteer from 2000-2001 working within education. I was an in class tutor for kindergarden, 3rd and 5th grades. I also taught at Apopka Middle and drop out prevention at Apopka High School. From my own experiences as a student I have come to the opinion that the most valuable educational accomplishment one can achieve is to “learn how to learn”. This seems to be a state of mind, an epiphany if you will, which hopefully will be realized at some point in the course of an individual’s intellectual development.
