I believe that all students have the ability to learn if given the opportunity to learn. All students have different learning styles, and it is the teaches job to discover and teach students how to reach their potential. I have a friendly, firm, and fair approach with all students. I was an Assistant Principal in a middle school for four years, and a teacher consultant for 30 years. In my role as a teacher consultant, I tutored students primarily in the high school.
