I love having students learn through a hands-on approach and incorporating as much "real-world" scenarios in my teaching as possible. If students are unable to associate with what they are learning, they are often incapable of really understanding the concepts and retaining what they learn. I also think it's very important for students to have fun while learning so that they will invest the time and effort into continuing education.

When I began my real estate career, I worked primarily with first time home buyers, whom I educated constantly.
