A Little Bit About Me...

My experience with tutoring began in high school, when I started assisting elementary students with homework through one of my clubs. Throughout the two years I was involved, I regularly helped 6 students, along with 6 students that I met with irregularly. I have experience tutoring children with behavioral issues, learning disabilities (dyslexia, ADHD, ADD), as well as students on the Autism Spectrum. I'm willing to assist in almost any subject, including elementary school Spanish, up to French 2, and ACT/SAT prep (my scores are available upon request). A Little Bit About Me...

I traveled for a year with a family and home-schooled their 3 children. The children were in 1st grade, kindergarten, and pre-school and were seriously below grade level in math and reading. In that year, I brought those children beyond grade level in reading skills and comprehension as well as math skills. I have also been a teacher's assistant in 3rd and 4th grade classrooms and have gone through student teaching in the 3rd and 6th grade in order to complete my degree.
