My comments on tutoring Calculus II : Expert

While attending California State University of San Bernardino and working on my bachelors degree in mathematics I had many opportunities to gain experience. I was a private tutor which included students from elementary, middle, and high school. One child I tutored, who was in middle school, was very bright but had ADHD and it was difficult for him to concentrate. I worked with him for about a year and by the time he was ready for high school, he was at the top of his class and was ready to start Geometry in high school. I tutored high schools students through programs such as Upward Bound as well as Inland Counties Mathematics Project. A Little Bit About Me...

I have experience both tutoring degree level students in Geophysics and in mentoring junior programmers in programming C and C++. My science knowledge is second to none, and I am an extremely enthusiastic teacher. At school my strong math lead me to win the physics prize, and I continued with my interest in quantitative science through to my doctorate. A Little Bit About Me...

I will eventually obtain my PhD in Medical Physics so that I can teach the subjects I have a passion for at the college level. I do have experience teaching high school students as well.
