"What do you want to be when you grow up?" The life long question...I can remember responding with teaching. Life throws you curves, and I ended up in Business. I still have the desire to educate others and want to dedicate a part of my life to that dream. Each child has a unique way of learning. The key to success is identifying the best techniques. Once you find the correct methods, then the child can become better educated. I will strive to find the correct style, add enthusiasm, and find a way for the child to relate. I will create a system of recognition and goals. Structure helps motivate and encourage people. All children have their strengths and weaknesses.
