Children have different learning styles and every child doesn't learn at the same rate. Teachers must realize this when planning lessons. I believe that children learn in numerous ways, so as an educator it is my responsibility to provide multiple experiences - visual, oral, tactile, etc. A person walking by my classroom would see children smiling, working in groups, accomplishing projects, and would hear noise.
