When given the opportunity in the correct manner, children can learn most of what is put in front of them. By using example catered specifically to certain children, they are able to connect to the tutor as well as the subject. As a tutor, I am kind, laid-back and patient. Younger kids seem to gravitate to me, while the older kids relate to me.
Coming from a family with no prior college education, I made it a point to not only graduate from a four-year university but to work as hard as I could to be the best at what I do.
