I am an English major from Stony Brook University and a law school graduate from St. John's University School of Law. I was a practicing attorney for many years in the area of casualty defense litigation. I specialized in the preparation of legal briefs, which involved extensive legal research and writing. Tutoring differs from teaching in that "style" is replaced by method. Some of the methods I have used in the past are rhythm and music, neumonic devices, and of course, drill and practice. I have been told that I am gifted with presenting material in novel ways.
