A professional in the International Banking industry and have travel throughout Latin America for all my business experience. Now semi-retired and dedicated to teaching as a personal couch, tutoring leadership and Spanish language. Currently teaching Beginner and intermediate Spanish in Beaumont, TX. I speak Spanish very fluently, considering I speak it every day. I am extremely experienced in the Spanish and English field. Currently, I only speak it at home and at school. I am bilingual, and I speak English just the same, if not better, than Spanish. I tutor many kids at my school and I actually like teaching. Most of the other fields I have either acquired through school and am very able to teach although not my best subjects.

My passion for education blossomed while volunteering as a tutor with Somali refugee children in Pittsburgh, PA during college. I worked with families in their homes to develop English reading, writing, and speaking skills. After graduating with a B.A. in History and Political Science I joined Teach For America, where I taught first grade for two years and substitute taught pre-kindergarten through fifth grade for one year.
