What I have learned working with students is that many do not learn in the same manner. I beleive in what is called top process learning. Given the student a concept and allowing them to explore the possibilities of how one arrives at such a concept has allowed deeper critical thinking and strategic planning. However, this method is not predominately taught in Georgia education system. I have found this method to be very effective. The other method is patience. Students who strugge with their academic learning usually are having other areas of difficulty which may be social learning. Having clinical training allows me to make a more accurate assessment.

I have just completed one year of teaching English in Pusan South Korea, working for a company called KJC 21. I taught six classes a day which contained an average of twelve students each. I enjoyed teaching in Korea because the student were fun to work with and the classroom environment was fairly relaxed. I am very good at instructing on the topics of reading and writing because I have an exceptional grasp of English grammar and an above average vocabulary.
