I am a Sophomore at The University of Central Missouri. I have helped with younger siblings, cousins, and family friends study or work on their homework. Working with children is what I am passionate about and to help them understand something or get a boost in areas needed would make me happy as well as you, knowing your child is now understanding the task at hand.
Teaching in a quiet area is preferred, where there is no distractions so that the student(s) can focus on the task they are trying to accomplish.

I enjoy a very positive an inviting atmosphere where my students are comfortable while creating a community of learners. I have a strong sense of authority that is initially established, coming from such a young age. I do not expect any more from one student than I would another. My preferred teaching style is discussion with leadership. When the student can relate to the information through own experience or peer experience the information is better absorbed.
