I have always loved mathematics. I took many high level classes in high school. I achieved a minor in Mathematics at Montclair State University where I also received a bachelor of science in Computer Science. For one year I helped several college students by tutoring them in math and sciences.
I know that I will be an excellent candidate for teaching because I am extremely patient, knowledgeable, clear and precise. I love teaching students and have very good communication skills. I have recently completed my masters program in computer science. Previously, I have worked on data migration projects in India for few US based clients, mainly involving Microsoft technology (VB.net, ASP.net and SQL Server). During my graduate work I have developed strong knowledge base around – Object Oriented Concepts, Operating Systems, Database and Scripting Language. As a graduate assistant, I did assist my professor in their research work related to “Virtual Reality”, which was subsequently published in IEEE. It (assistantship) also gave me an opportunity to tutor undergraduate students majoring in computer science (Set theory, OOPS Concepts, .Net framework etc.) and mathematics (Algebra, Calculus and Trigonometry).
